Les Mills Ambassador for BODYCOMBAT and BODYPUMP, he stands out for his technical excellence, intensity, and strong stage presence. An American national, he currently lives in Sydney, Australia, where he works internationally and is one of the most influential figures in the global Les Mills community.

Les Mills Euromed Trainer
Camille Torralba lives in Marseille, in the south of France. She has been a Les Mills Euromed instructor since 2019, teaching BODYATTACK, BODYJAM, LES MILLS DANCE, LES MILLS GRIT, and BODYBALANCE!
She has had the opportunity to participate in two shoots with Les Mills International: BODYJAM 103 in London (2022) and LES MILLS DANCE 7 in Berlin (2024).
She is known for her boundless energy, enthusiasm for life, and for meeting people and sharing her joy and ability to connect with everyone she meets. And she will be with you at the Les Mills Experience!

Straight from Belgium, Florian Pillin is one of the international guests at the Les Mills Experience in Lisbon. As a Les Mills National Trainer, he stands out for his ability to train instructors and take every class to the next level, combining technique, energy, and motivation.

María Estévez
Les Mills Spain
With over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, María Estévez is a leading figure in the world of group classes in Spain and Portugal. Born in Vigo, she is the CEO of Keep Fit and organizer of the Fit Festival, one of the biggest fitness events ever. Certified in several Les Mills programs, including BodyCombat, BodyPump, BodyBalance, BodyJam, BodyStep, RPM, and Les Mills Dance, she has achieved AIM 2 Elite level and has been recognized twice as one of the 10 best Les Mills instructors in Spain. In 2022, she also stood out as a finalist in Les Mills Talent, confirming her talent and versatility on stage.
As an international trainer and guest presenter at renowned conventions, she has inspired thousands of professionals and practitioners with her contagious energy and passion for excellence. She believes in the power of fitness as a tool for personal and professional transformation, and is dedicated to training, motivating, and elevating the next generation of instructors on a daily basis.

The energy of the Les Mills Experience continues into the night with Les Mills Party, an exclusive party taking place from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM at the iconic LX Factory.
At the helm of the music will be Miguel Simões, a professional DJ with decades of experience in music, radio, and entertainment, renowned for his ability to create unique atmospheres and keep the dance floor packed from start to finish. His style spans several musical generations, with a special focus on the greatest hits of the ’80s, ’90s, and 2000s, combining nostalgia, energy, and infectious rhythm.
After an intense day of training, this is the perfect opportunity to relax, celebrate, and enjoy a memorable night with the Les Mills community.

In 1846, Companhia de Fiação e Tecidos Lisbonense, one of Lisbon’s most important manufacturing complexes, was established in Alcântara. Over the years, its 23,000 m² have housed other important industrial entities, such as Companhia Industrial de Portugal e Colónias, the printing press of Anuário Comercial de Portugal and Gráfica Mirandela.
For decades, this part of the city remained hidden — until it was returned to Lisbon in the form of the LXFACTORY. Today, this space has been transformed into a true creative island, inhabited by companies and professionals in the fields of fashion, advertising, communication, multimedia, art, architecture, and music. HOW TO GET TO LXFACTORY
Train:
The most convenient way is to take the Cascais Line train (towards Cascais) and get off at Alcântara-Mar Station. LX Factory is about a 5-minute walk from the station, following Avenida da Índia.
Bus:
Several Carris bus routes pass near LX Factory. You can use the following lines, among others:
714 (Outurela ↔ Praça da Figueira);
727 (Restelo ↔ Roma-Areeiro);
732 (Caselas ↔ Marquês de Pombal);
751 (Linda-a-Velha ↔ Campo Pequeno).
Just get off at the ‘Calvário’ or ‘Rua 1º de Maio’ stops, both a few minutes’ walk from the venue.
Tram:
For a more typical Lisbon experience, you can take tram 15E (Praça da Figueira ↔ Algés) and also get off at the ‘Calvário’ stop. It is a picturesque and comfortable ride, especially if you are coming from the city centre.
By car:
If you prefer to go by car, you can easily reach us via Avenida da Índia or Avenida de Ceuta.
LX Factory has paid parking inside the premises, subject to availability, and there are also parking options in the surrounding area.

Depending on the type of ticket you purchase, you can participate in all classes or only in those for which you purchased individual tickets. In addition, you’ll have access to Les Mills Party from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM and, of course, the best workout experience of your life.

You can check in your ticket and pick up your wristband, which gives you access to the group classes you have purchased, at LX Factory on Saturday, 30 May, between 7:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Bring your ticket, either printed or on your mobile phone. We will validate your ticket, and you will receive a wristband for the group classes you have purchased.
Exactly. Since there are different types of access, you must leave the room after each class. In the next class you are entitled to, according to your ticket type, you can re-enter as before.
For safety reasons, only those over the age of 16 may purchase tickets and participate in Les Mills Experience group classes.
The venue does not have changing rooms or lockers. However, there are large bathroom areas where you can change your clothes if necessary.
Only small backpacks or shoulder bags are allowed inside the room where the group classes will take place. You can also bring a towel if you wish. The organisation is not responsible for valuables.
There will be water fountains available so you can fill your bottle. During group classes, energy levels will be high, so pace yourself to avoid fatigue.
Filming entire group classes during the Les Mills Experience is not permitted.
Yes, your wristband allows you to enter and leave the event, but access to classes depends on the type of wristband you have purchased.
Yes, anyone can come to the Les Mills Party. To do so, they must have a Les Mills Experience ticket. On the day itself, tickets for access to the party only will be available at the door.
